Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist is a beat ’em up action video game developed, and published by Konami for the Sega Genesis in 1992. It is the first game in the Teenage Mutant series. Ninja Turtles was released for the Genesis and is considered one of the best TMNT games ever created.
The game is set in a parallel universe where Shredder has stolen the Hyperstone, a gem with unlimited power. The four Ninja Turtles must stop Shredder from using the Hyperstone to rule the world.
The gameplay of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist is similar to the arcade game Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time. Players control one of four Ninja Turtle brothers, each with unique skills and abilities. The player must fight crowds of enemies and bosses to pass the levels.
