Die Hard Arcade is a beat ’em up video game developed by AM1 and Sega Technical Institute, and published by Sega in 1997 for the Sega Saturn. The game is a licensed version of the Japanese arcade game Dynamite Deka.
The game is set in a shopping mall that is being occupied by a terrorist group. Players will take on the role of one of two main characters, John McClane or a local police detective named John Spartan, to rescue hostages and defeat terrorists.
Die Hard Arcade was known for its fast-paced action gameplay and impressive 3D graphics for its time. The game also features some novel elements, such as the ability to use environmental items to attack enemies and dramatic boss fights.
