Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting is a fighting game developed and published by Capcom in 1994 for the SNES. This is an updated version of Street Fighter II: The World Warrior, with faster gameplay, new characters, and new skills.
The game takes place in an international martial arts tournament where fighters from around the world compete to become champions. Players can choose from one of 16 characters, each with their unique fighting style and skills. New characters in this version include Cammy, Fei Long, and Dee Jay.
The game uses a 2-condition beat system, in which the player has two chances to beat his opponent before losing. If the player loses a level, they will be revived with 1/2 health.
Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting was critically acclaimed, and is considered one of the best fighting video games of all time. The game has sold more than 4 million copies worldwide.
