Terranigma is an action role-playing game developed and published by Quintet for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. It is the third and final installment in the Soul Blazer and Illusion of Gaia series.
In Terranigma, players take on the role of Ark, a young boy brought back from the dead by the Soul Eater, a magical dragon. Ark is tasked with saving the world from destruction, and to do that, he must search for and collect the fragments of the lost continent of Atlantis.
Terranigma’s gameplay combines traditional action role-playing elements with puzzle and adventure elements. Players can control the Ark to move around the world, fight enemies, solve puzzles, and discover secrets.
