Metal Slug 7 is a run-and-gun shooter game developed and published by SNK Playmore for the Nintendo DS in 2008. It is the seventh installment in the Metal Slug series, and the first to be released on a handheld system.
The game is set after the events of Metal Slug 6 when the Peregrine Falcons are plotting to dominate the world. Players will control one of four characters: Marco Rossi, Eri Kasamoto, Fio Germi, and Trevor Spacey, to stop this plot.
Metal Slug 7 retains the traditional gameplay of the series, with challenging levels, a variety of enemies and monsters, as well as a variety of weapons and vehicles. The game also has some new features, such as the ability to choose characters, the ability to upgrade weapons, and the ability to use special items.
