Earthworm Jim 2 is a platform video game developed and published by Shiny Entertainment for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. It is the sequel to Earthworm Jim, released in 1994.
The game is set after Earthworm Jim defeated Psy-Crow and rescued Princess What’s-Her-Name. However, Psy-Crow escaped and kidnapped Queen Slug-for-a-Butt, Princess What’s-Her-Name’s mother. Jim must once again set out to rescue her and defeat Psy-Crow.
The gameplay for Earthworm Jim 2 is similar to the first game, with Earthworm Jim controlled using the direction pad and jump button. He can use a variety of weapons and special abilities to defeat enemies and solve puzzles.
