Nintendo Land is a party video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii U. The game was released in 2012, the same day as the Wii U’s launch.
The game takes place in an amusement park setting, serving as a hub for twelve mini-games, depicted as park attractions. A robot character named Monita will guide players through the features and attractions of Nintendo Land.
Nintendo Land’s first twelve mini-games are based on popular Nintendo franchises: two attractions (Metroid Blast and Mario Chase) are based on the Wii U tech demos shown at E3 2011, but modified to have Nintendo characters. These mini-games are designed to incorporate elements that take advantage of the Wii U controller’s features, often in combination with each other.
Nintendo Land is a great entertaining game for all ages. It has many different mini-games to choose from, each offering a unique gaming experience.
