Sonic and the Black Knight is a platform video game developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega for the Wii in 2009. It is the sequel to Sonic and the Secret Rings, and the second installment in the Sonic series Storybook.
The game is set in the world of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, with Sonic starring as a knight wielding the sword Excalibur. He is summoned by Merlina, Merlin’s niece, to help her stop the evil wizard Arthur from becoming a world ruler.
