Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World is a platform video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1993. It is a collection of four Super Mario games. Previously: Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World.
The game was developed by Nintendo EAD under the direction of Shigeru Miyamoto. It was designed to allow players to re-experience classic Super Mario titles on newer systems.
Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World was highly appreciated by critics, who praised the beautiful graphics, engaging gameplay, and good music. The game has sold over 5.1 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling games on the SNES.
